About the Event
Hear our panel discuss the causes and remedies of the highly demanding nature of the building industry, where long working hours, immense project delivery expectations, and associated mental pressures bring many to their limits.
We will also explore the challenges unique to the building sector and discuss how employers can better support their teams, mitigate stress, and prevent burnout.
Confirmed speakers are Ian Hamilton, Commercial Director for Solus, Chris Stewart, President for RIAS, Aurora Tallon, Chair of the Central Scotland branch of Women in Property and Senior Architect at Baker Hicks and Chris Huges, Associate Technical Director and Joseph Madden, Director of Madden Building Consultancy Ltd. Chairing the panel will be Gillian Stewart, Director for Michael Laird Architects and Chair for the BCO.
