Sustainability Day is the last big one on the calendar this year, and that's deliberate. From here the programme is built around the people we're working with, not around filling a diary: CPDs and lunch-and-learns for practices, panel talks, product launches, and A Cena dinners for ten with a chef and a brand at the head of the table.
