Not just physically, but mentally too. In this debut episode, we're joined in the kitchen by Anna Campbell-Jones — interior designer and mental health advocate — and Jude Deacons from SAMH (Scottish Action for Mental Health), to talk about one of the most pressing conversations of our time: how can the spaces we inhabit and the food we eat support our mental health?
